This is the 4th copy (of 10 copies ever made) of a Feeling B demo tape, manufactured by 'Heimat Kassetten'. Includes Herzschrittmacher (called Herzschrittmacherrhythmus on this tape) and Langeweile; they are slightly different versions of the songs, and are in very low quality on this tape.
