This is supposedly Rammstein's first *ever* demo tape as a complete band (the 1994 English Tempelprayers tape was the *very* first technically, but that was before Rammstein). This tape was originally given to a DT64 radio host (who will remain anonymous for the sake of privacy) to promote an upcoming concert in the 'Anker' venue in Leipzig in 1994. This cassette comes directly from the radio host, who was also given a complimentary 'info sheet' by the band for promotional purposes, but chose to keep it for future reference. There is only *one* copy of this tape in existence, aside from its backup copy, which is also original, but has no artwork.
The cassette itself contains the full version of Jeder lacht (which is not available anywhere online), and also a full version of the Das alte Leid demo, which does *not* fade out. Overall, all of the song mixes on this cassette are slightly different mixes compared to the later 6-Track demo rips which can be heard on YouTube. The runic logo shown on the spine of the tape's inlay is actually the band's first ever logo, and it predates the later-used logo on the more well-known demo tapes.
